While Mproven was created in 2003, our management team has been working together for almost two decades providing a strong foundation on which to build our client’s programs.
Gary's interactive career began in 1999 in web analytics at Philadelphia-based Qwest Interactive. While measuring user behaviors for some of the Internet's most visited websites, including IRS.gov, he began exploring techniques for improving user behavior.
It wasn't until he began isolating user behaviors based on their path to the website that the power of search advertising became clear to him. Search visitors reaching a website for relevant keywords were many times more likely to perform key actions. He's been hooked every since. Today, Gary prides himself on knowing all the many components of search. And, more importantly, knowing which ones matter and which don't. He uses this knowledge to help guide our clients' programs and ensures that we build effective advertising driven by performance that matters. Gary has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from West Chester University.
John is responsible for overseeing program development and execution. He ensures continued program optimization and is responsible for maximizing program ROI. John began his interactive career in 1998 at Frontier Media Group in Malvern, PA. Later, as head of analytics for Qwest Interactive and then the Cadient Group, John's responsibilities included search advertising performance measurement and Search Engine Optimization. This knowledge, combined with his marketing background, make John very valuable to his clients. John has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and a Wharton M.B.A.

Shahid has built an extensive knowledge of technology and analytics tracking since 2000. He has broad knowledge in various development languages and can build virtually anything that our clients need. Shahid has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Aligarh University.
